Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after booking or payment
  • Dissatisfaction with guidance or advice provided during the call
  • Deciding not to proceed with your business plans after the call
  • Not receiving the outcome you expected
  • Technical issues on your end (your device, internet connection, etc.)

How to request a refund

To request a refund for technical issues, contact us through the contact page within 7 days of the incident. Please include details about the technical problem you encountered. We will review your request and process eligible refunds within 14 business days.

Refund processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider, typically 5-10 business days after approval.
